About me
My qualifications
I am a psychosocial worker and human relations therapist. I offer various services in relational and emotional health support, self-awareness, as well as effective communication and conflict resolution. My specialties are interpersonal relationships, single parenting, developing your full potential and your personal well-being.
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Human Relations (Specialization in Family Sciences) at Concordia University. This degree gives me expertise in effective communication, conflict management as well as knowledge of small group dynamics.
My journey
I have significant experience in community settings, education, neurodiversity, and ethical non-monogamy. I have also acquired significant skills in interpersonal violence issues and complex traumas.
In 2015, I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and High Intellectual Potential (HIP). It was thanks to this diagnosis that I decided to pursue my studies in the Bachelor of Human Relations program at Concordia University. I am constantly seeking to acquire new knowledge regarding giftedness, but also everything related to systemic discrimination and the concept of intersectionality.
